New travel information for our German guests

As of yesterday, March 3, 2022, Egypt is no longer one of the Corona risk areas in Germany.

The new entry requirements to enter Egypt 🇪🇬:

🔶 Entry still with passport or identity card and two biometric passport photos. Both must be valid for 6 months on the day of return from Egypt.
🔶 Upon arrival in Egypt, a health card must be filled out. Some airlines require the presentation of the health card already at check-in in Germany! You can find the health card under this link: https://egypt.travel/media/2376/declaration_form.pdf
🔶 Entry to Egypt only tested or fully vaccinated 💉 possible. From now on, not only a PCR test but also a negative, official antigen rapid test (24Std) allows entry.
🔶 The proof of vaccination 💉 must have a digital certificate (QR code).
🔶 Convalescents with only one vaccination are considered "unvaccinated" and also require a negative Covid-19 test 🦠.

Entry into Germany 🇩🇪:
🔶 Unvaccinated persons and children no longer have to be quarantined upon returnal to Germany.
🔶 Digital entry registration upon return to Germany no longer required.
